It's very important to be healthy and gaze after a normal Life but it's just like vital that you smile that you experienced. Dieting, exercise, this doesn't have to be hard. If this gets a struggle to diet and/or exercise, it is not fun anymore plus your happiness in life may deteriorate.

In order to diet, take it slow. Search for a proper diet that you'll lose a duration of time. Exercises are great but if you are merely starting, again, take your time. A lot of exercise, when you are not used to it, could be unhealthy.
